If you love the taste of creamy, melt in your mouth saffron then this is the cake for you. If you love Arabian desserts and flavours, then this is also the cake for you. Super sweet and moist, would definitely recommend a coffee drink to accompany it. Oh and be warned - don’t be fooled by how light and fluffy it is... it is super heavy and will creep up on you, lol!

Quite nice, kind off resembles the texture of weetabix lol! Would recommend with tea
