This time I headed to Kyochon, which sent a load of mixed emotions up inside my head. Great batter, great seasoning of soy garlic and chilli, but where the quality of meat at girl? The drummers were a bit dry which you would expect the entirely opposite from for dark meat. Anyway, they did the job.
