I like that shoulder, that is a nice shoulder 🐴 Had the pleasure of trying @theothernaughtypiglet’s set lunch menu, all of which impressed! This Herdwick lamb shoulder, turnips served with Puy lentils was just so photogenic I’d be a shit blogger to not take a good snap. A modest serving of tender meat which matched perfectly with the turnip bed underneath. Solid lunch choice if you’re around the Victoria area... need to try the rest of the menu too! #lamb #lunch
