🍜Hey nood, don't make it bad. Take a hungry Jon, and make him better. 🎶 3rd ramen of the trip but has to be one of the best! This hot and sour sanramen from Nakiryu ticks all the boxes. First you order your soup noodle, some come with toppings on top but mine came bare. Which left all the room in the world to make additions! I opted for beef slices, a nitamago egg (mandatory), young bamboo shoots, coriander and a side of chicken gyoza. Couldn't recommend this place more, even if ai had to wait an hour and a half in line. Visited the flagship Ichiran store in Fukouka, Japan. Loved the options for customissing your own bowl including how cooked the noodles are and extra toppings. This original tonkotsu was out of this world and very well balanced! Not too rich, and a perfect Nitamago egg 👌🏻
