To infinity and ‘BRIAND! 🥩💫 @hawksmoorrestaurants is one of my favourite places for top quality steak. 😍 Never been underwhelmed on a trip here and would ALWAYS recommend trying the menu if you haven’t been before. The ambience, variety of cocktails and wines, great selection of seafood and cuts of steaks, I could go on! But for me, every visit has got to include an order of rare chateaubriand. Huge slices of fillet steak lightly seasoned with a sprinkle of salt, nothing else. Would recommend trying the anchovy hollandaise or a classic béarnaise. One of the top restaurants in London? 🥩 Steak for me is a real rarity... 👀🍴It’s really not. I couldn’t resist the pun. Last night I attended a butchery masterclass at @macellaiorc to learn about the different cuts of meat from the cows sourced from Piedmont, Italy. After preparing a steak tartare and ribeye for us, we were treated to a three course meal courtesy of our butcher Matteo. This ribeye was EXCEPTIONAL. Highly recommend trying the menu if you haven’t already 😊 HUGE cut of meat with a simple seasoning to let the flavour of the meat do the talking. Rare, as always. 👌🏻 #steak #steaks
