A catch of large shrimp wrapped in bacon and lightly fried it to a golden brown, served with Mexican style rice and refried beans. Garnish with pico de gallo. Choice of tortillas

The sauce was very sweet.

The sauce was delicious but the shrimp itself was very sad and dry, bad defrosting job.
