Cute looking Apple Jelly with bunny-shaped yokan(beanjelly), seasonal special for autumn, moon festival in particular. Too cute to eat, tiny tasty gem👍🏽

I am never a watermelon fan because of the sweet cucumber-ish flavor/texture combination but this jelly is an exception. It DOES retains the sweet fruity side of watermelon minus the cucumber like flavor. Refreshing & perfect for hot days(and nights too)!

Goldfish shaped red yokan in clear muscat jelly. Yokan & fruits jelly don't sound like "a match" but a little sweetness of yokan adds an accent to the refreshing muscat...resembling the flavor-paring of Anmitsu. Notice the blue jelly cube next to the fish?😉
