This was the "piece de resistance" - Half of Duck roasted perfectly - crispy skin and succulent moist inside - with a peach demi glacé made from peach confit and Cognac. I'm still dreaming about this duck!!!

A bit sweet and skin wasn’t crispy but overall a decent dish. I wouldn’t order it again —-
