Griddled Texas toast, topped with cheese, crispy bacon, smashed beef patty and creamy marinara

I've been having trouble posting this from my Vegas trip from the other week, but thanks to @timothy it finally worked. Shaved beef, Hoisin, sambal mayo, thai basil, pho' broth. This really tasted like pho on a bun.
