1/2 order of the shaved Prime Steak Sandwich with Creamy Horseradish, Artisan French Roll, Au Jus & Corn Bisque Soup

Grass-Fed Beef, Cage-Free Egg, Caramelized Onion, Tomato Jam, Gruyere Cheese, Lounge Bun. This sandwich was pretty good, but I felt like it needed some gravy to make it a real country fried steak.
