1st GYU NABEYAKI UDON
Fushan Restaurant, LondonThe soup was clean but lacked a bit of a punch.
The udon was a bit overcooked so it didn't retain the natural bounciness/bite to it.
The beef was very flavorful but was a bit more to the tough side.
The tofu was flavourless while the vegetable had a strong punchy flavour that might not be to everyone's taste.
The mushrooms was nice and also lended it's umami to the broth
