Best dessert of the year...fresh whipped cream and raspberry glaze over the top. The kind of sugar you crave when nothing else can fill a void.

Very moist with good amount of walnuts in the icing....it did have pineapples in it..not a fan of that ingredient for carrot cake..better than nasty raisins though.

A very solid dessert....this was savoured and was attractive to look at.

This was supposed to be chocolate cake it was mostly ice cream....and my girlfriend is lactose intolerant. I was disappointed.
