The sauce was to die for...the salmon and avocado paired well over the English muffin. The brussel sprouts were something I would not put on the plate. My portion was a bit too small for a dude weighing over 220 pounds...💪

More gravy with plenty of cheese and bacon...the biscuits are really good at this place for the base of this dish.

This was a Basque dish with plenty of peppers and sausage. It was sufficiently runny enough to soak into the hash browns perfectly. The picture did not do it justice.
