This has steak and tuna with shrimp, I overlooked the asparagus....the sauce on top was a fabulous wasabi cream over avocado.

When they brought this my girlfriend recoiled at the look of it. It was so freaking amazing. It was warm in the center and cool on the outside....it had the fresh taste from the cucumber and was intensely creative.

Fresh, generous and oooo so good. Really done very well.

It was so good that I want to recreate it at home someday. Salmon, Tuna, with lemon and cilantro.

A sweet and spicy roll with chunks of tempura salmon on top...not a bad sushi roll to eat on a hot date with a beautiful woman.

This was a deep fried roll with an interesting mix of coconut and cabbage slaw mixed with Sriracha...I liked it but the girlfriend thought it looked like deep fried zucchini.

This plate also had spicy tuna and I liked it with the extra sauce on top...my girlfriend did not enjoy it as much.

So simple...and so good. I will try and make this for my girlfriend at home!

Have you noticed the square plates that we're nicely painted at this place...I asked to buy plates from them and they turned me down...I guess that is what Amazon is for!

Tuna with some jalapeno mixed in....it was a little too spicy but had great flavor and texture.

Hot ingredients on top and cold on bottom. It was just a touch spicy.

I am not a fan of deep fried sushi and neither is my girlfriend. So why in the hell did she order this? Anyway I was disappointed because it really did not taste like the back seat of a fancy automobile.

Well...the tempura crumbs added nothing to this roll...the sushi was way too soft for me and the siracha overpowered my taste buds. The avocado and spicy tuna were good companions for each other. Not my favorite roll.

These never excite me.... fairly bland. But it was fresh and well done.

This was tangy and sour and very good tasting...I enjoyed it.

My girlfriend loves these......just have to remember not to kiss her after she eats fish eggs!

Mmmm....this had such a bad texture to it. The sauce gave it good flavor and it was beautiful, but I could not get over the mushy consistency in my mouth.

Do not order this! My fiance loves tobiko. She will even eat it straight from the jar. But salmon eggs are just gross.... especially after fishing with them for trout for decades. They tasted horribly fishy, like a fish left to rot in the noon day sun!
