An incredibly tender beef jerky made from prime rib!! Definitely a very buttery flavor to this. A bit more non-butter flavor would be very welcome here, as the seasonings used on it are good, but I wish there was more! Still a good bite!

A wonderful slab of beef jerky! A nice and thin strip of beef that is rich in flavor from a bourbon infused seasoning that seemed primarily based in salt, pepper, and paprika. There is a tiny undertone of heat, but the subtle bourbon notes come through on every bite. Really good jerky!!!

The beef itself was fairly tender, but this was just not flavorful at all. The maple flavor was nonexistent, but the exterior was sticky like syrup was used... I just couldn't taste it. There was a mild amount of heat, but also no associated flavor. A curious case, but one worth passing on.
