Topped with muenster, ground mustard, and stadium sauce and contained within a pretzel bun, this was an incredibly flavorful and messy delight to eat. An appropriate special for baseball’s opening day named after Milwaukee’s beloved Bob Uecker.

The natural casing is thin and pops, allowing for this juicy brat to allow all of its flavors to explode in every bite!

A pretty good brat! Not quite as much strawberry flavor as I'd like in such a brat, but the venue ran out of strawberry chutney to top this with. A strong base of pepper permeates through, so it's just a little odd, but not bad.

Yeah… nope. This was not good. A bland sausage with an off-taste… and with no pasta on the inside, this should have just been labeled a cheese-stuffed bratwurst. The cheese was off-texture. Just an absolute miss. Yuck.
