Amazingly tender. Delicious and subtle smokey flavour. Any wine-red or white- of their incredible menu will pair it beautifully. I would recommend a Ribera del Duero.

Big fan of octopus here! Texture- and freshness!- is everything when it comes to cook this controversial and underrated delicacy. This one did not disappoint. Very tender!
