This was delicious! The honey ricotta was creamy and light, the French Toast soft and the compote sweet but not too sweet! #yum

So I’m not sure what this “toast” is made of? But it’s some kind of cake. Dense cake at that. Made for a heavy eating experience, but the spiced apples were lovely as was the light cinnamon cream stuff on top.

Quite a nice cakey bread, topped with a caramel sauce and a delicious Icecream (I mostly left the chantilly cream alone). Couldn’t quite finish it, but a decent dessert.

French crumpets? I had no idea what to expect! They came with fresh banana and strawberry, maple syrup, marscarpone and pistachios. So many things about this dish worked, but to be honest , I’m not convinced that the egg-battered crumpets was one of those things... There were slightly weird fried-egg-esque extra bits of batter and unlike bread that soaks up the batter and becomes deliciously soft, the crumpet texture wasn’t amazing. But on the whole still a tasty dish.
