Nice fillings in this omelette - smoked salmon, asparagus and dill; my complaint would be that the actual omelette part was thinner than I’d like and a bit tougher texture than I’d like. Still an enjoyable eat though.

A little too salty (though my choice of fillings could be to blame there); my main complaint is that it was too thin and therefore overdone/tough.
