Amazing flavour. Not greasy at all. Usually with Singapore noodles, it may just taste like curry fried noodles, but this one is so different. The curry flavour is subtle, which is good cos Singapore noodles have to be a bright yellow and the most usual way of achieving that colour is with curry powder. Super thin rice noodles with spices and garnish, perfect !
