Shame that they overcooked the tuna because it was a tasty piece of fish - but overall a VERY nice sandwich! The Mexican slaw and fries were good and that yummy honey teriyaki sauce was oh-so-perfect for dipping the sandwich into. Thumbs up for a flavorful brioche bun... nice choice!

With cheese. The fine folks at the ranch (next to the Maui Winery) have a pretty nice setup. Next to the store Jeremy is grilling up some pretty darn good burgers. We had to try the Elk one - nice char flavor, nice texture yet... Elk seems to be a bit dry.
