With cheese. The fine folks at the ranch (next to the Maui Winery) have a pretty nice setup. Next to the store Jeremy is grilling up some pretty darn good burgers. We had to try the Elk one - nice char flavor, nice texture yet... Elk seems to be a bit dry.
