I can’t remember the last time I had fall off the bone bbq ribs like this. It’s so hard to get them this good. A generous portion with a side of really good coleslaw. I’m having dental work done and these just melted in my mouth. Covered in a well balanced sticky bbq sauce. I have say I don’t think I’ve had bbq ribs this good since being in Berlin, ( well apart from when I used to make them years ago lol, before at best Tony Romas ) I’m surprising even myself lol. Yes this was a nice little rib gem find. €34
