11th STEAK SHISH KABOB
Chelo - Taste of Persia, Los AngelesI don't know why they asked how we wanted the meat cooked (medium rare) because it was cooked well done. It looks like it was cooked in a tray, not on a grill. It was tender enough but had a mushy exterior - like it had been sitting in liquid. Comes with a little bit of hummus and some pita bread. The bread was a little chewy. The lentil soup with it was small but delicious
