I don't know why they asked how we wanted the meat cooked (medium rare) because it was cooked well done. It looks like it was cooked in a tray, not on a grill. It was tender enough but had a mushy exterior - like it had been sitting in liquid. Comes with a little bit of hummus and some pita bread. The bread was a little chewy. The lentil soup with it was small but delicious
