Wow. I'm surprised how much I liked this! Japanese egg noodles, white & shiitake mushrooms, corn, peas, butter, fresh garlic, fried garlic, Parmesan cheese. I would definitely get this again!

Slices of lamb mix with hand-pulled flat noodles. They recommended adding the slow roasted pork ribs (which is their specialty) and I'm so glad I did. The pork was better than the lamb. The cumin flavor was really good. I guess you wouldn't get that flavor if you just order the pork rib noodles.

Very spicy!

This is the first time having Dan Dan Noodles, so I don't know how it compares to others... It has peanuts and cucumber slivers and cilantro. It was different and good.
