Slices of lamb mix with hand-pulled flat noodles. They recommended adding the slow roasted pork ribs (which is their specialty) and I'm so glad I did. The pork was better than the lamb. The cumin flavor was really good. I guess you wouldn't get that flavor if you just order the pork rib noodles.
