No flop! The middle is evenly cooked and can hold its shape without being over cooked or soggy. A rarity in London. The toppings add great complexity to the pie without being overcrowded or pretentious. IMO, the star of this pizza is the chilies that are used. Great flavor and aromatics that pair so well with the smoked pancetta and mushrooms.

Incredible. It was a white pizza with spring onions, pickled mustard seeds, and some vinegary green sauce. It was sharp and aromatic with great texture from the crunch/pop of the mustard seeds.

Great crust. Classic flavor. Perfectly executed.

The best pizza sauce I’ve had in London. Perfectly sweet and acidic and abundant. I had a bit of sauce spill out on one bite, which is exactly how I like it. The crust was very soft and doughy, but but surprisingly held firm as I lifted each slice. No drooping! I do which the bottom had a bit more crunch and flakiness to it, but that’s a personal preference and not necessarily or this style.

Quality Neapolitan style pizza. The chorizo used adds nice aromatic oil to the pizza and complements the thin and sweet sauce well. Without the chorizo this would be “just ok”.

Fairly bland but harmless. Sauce was thin and didn’t bring much flavor to the slice. The crust wasn’t as crisp as I’d want from a quality NY slice, but also not as much chew as I enjoy from a cheap dollar slice. Cheese was fair: did it’s job for the day and clocked out at 5pm. The pepperonis were good quality, so I would recommend over the cheese slice.

As a New Yorker, I consider myself a pizza connoisseur. This was passable as a NYC slice, but like a careless midnight dollar slice. Disappointing.

I would champion frozen Totino’s pizza over this attempt. Absolutely no flavor from sauce and the cheese was bland. The meats were fine but not memorable. Don’t eat here. Plenty of other places.
