The best pizza sauce I’ve had in London. Perfectly sweet and acidic and abundant. I had a bit of sauce spill out on one bite, which is exactly how I like it. The crust was very soft and doughy, but but surprisingly held firm as I lifted each slice. No drooping! I do which the bottom had a bit more crunch and flakiness to it, but that’s a personal preference and not necessarily or this style.
