They say there isn't any good food in Mammoth, just touristy spots. This little food truck stand would like to meet that challenge. They make a large assortment of food from poke bowls, banhmi sandwiches to this steak sandwich. Meat was cooked perfectly with a good medium raw style texture. It has this aioli sauce that made me wonder if Worcestershire sauce was used. Their toasted bread paired everything together. Very affordable and very big for what you are paying. $5.99. Bread is soft white bread and nothing special. Chopped Steak and cheese melted well together. You can pay for extra cheese. Overall really good sandwich. #sandwhich #SteakSandwhich #CheeseSteak
