They say there isn't any good food in Mammoth, just touristy spots. This little food truck stand would like to meet that challenge. They make a large assortment of food from poke bowls, banhmi sandwiches to this steak sandwich. Meat was cooked perfectly with a good medium raw style texture. It has this aioli sauce that made me wonder if Worcestershire sauce was used. Their toasted bread paired everything together.
