Our last few hours in Paris, my friend and I decided to visit one of the many open air markets in Paris. This is a butcher shop where they sell foie gras, sausages, pate, meat pie, and variety of different food. Here you can see the butcher waving at us to tell us to come in.

I wasn't gonna leave Paris without trying some macarons @ Laduree, even that means we had to wait in the cold rain!!

A friend who lives in Amsterdam took us to this restaurant known for their Dutch home-style cooking. Since the name of the restaurant means "mothers", you can see all the pictures of mother from wall to ceiling ( brought by customers ). This was a great way to experience traditional Dutch cuisine! It's a small and popular restaurant, so make sure you make reservation before coming here to avoid the long wait ( sometimes they don't even let you wait ).

My friend and I passed by this restaurant during the day, and saw the beautiful open kitchen from the street. It has got the "Bib Gourmand" from Michelin 5 years in a roll, so we decided to try it. Other than the not so well trained/ boarder line rude waitress, it was a decent dinning experience.
