Cauliflower, brussel sprouts and black sabayon. The flavor on the abalone was totally lost in the flavorful ( but a bit salty ) black sabayon.

Caramelized uni, seven seeds and radish. This is where every component taste great separately, but couldn't come together as a great dish.
