I'm a huge fan of halloumi souvlaki and this is one of my favourites. I do get the recommended vinaigrette sauce rather than the traditional tzatziki here, but I skip the fries. Tomato could have been a bit better, but I'm super spoilt and it could also have been worse. €3,10

Some of the pictures totally don't do it justice — it is not dry at all, but rather juicy and absolutely delicious. My guess would be that it's seitan-based. With all suggested toppings: warm cherry tomatoes and roasted aubergine (eggplant), courgettes (zucchini) & peppers. I had to pick out and eat the whole cherry tomatoes separately because WTH, but it was a delicious halloumi souvlaki even so and I'll very happily eat it again and again.
