With all suggested toppings: warm cherry tomatoes and roasted aubergine (eggplant), courgettes (zucchini) & peppers. I had to pick out and eat the whole cherry tomatoes separately because WTH, but it was a delicious halloumi souvlaki even so and I'll very happily eat it again and again.
