Now THIS is a good lobster roll! Lots and lots of lobster meat!

With just a tiny touch of mayo, in a buttered top-split bun. Paprika and scallions are sprinkled on top. The one weird thing was they put the lobster meat on top of shredded lettuce. I've never seen or had that before. But loads of lobster meat, so it was delicious.
