The tomato ketchup was lovely and fruity and there wasn’t too much for it to make the muffin soggy but just enough so it wasn’t too dry. Sourdough muffin filled with grilled halloumi, smashed avocado and chilli sauce. Really good amount of halloumi and the muffin was lovely and soft.
