Sourdough muffin with plant-based spiced sausage patty, tomato ketchup and spinach. Really nice patty which tastes very much like sausage. The tomato ketchup was lovely and fruity and there wasn’t too much for it to make the muffin soggy but just enough so it wasn’t too dry.
