Hard boiled egg, chive and honey mustard aioli mix, topped with arugula in a warm brioche bun. Really good amount of filling and the use of honey mustard instead of mayo as the mix was a gorgeous touch! Eggs were also cooked well and weren’t too soft. Brioche bun with halloumi, yogurt, folded egg and rocket. Beautifully soft brioche bun, the halloumi was cooked perfectly and the yogurt added a lovely sweetness to the sandwich.
