Vegetarian quesadilla with mixed grilled veggies and cheese, served with a side of nacho chips, guacamole, salsa verse and sour cream. I used to get the chicken quesadilla from here all the time and it was my favourite dish on the menu, so when I went pescatarian I almost cried finding out they do a veggie version. Although it can be quite messy to eat (so do make sure you’ve got a good supply of napkins), it’s super cheesy and the grilled veggies in it are delicious! Melted 3 cheese blend and creamy jalapeño sauce in a soft grilled flour tortilla, served with mexican fries. This might seem pretty basic for a quesadilla, but it was actually pretty tasty. It was definitely not as memorable as other cheese quesadillas I’ve had, but still worth a try if you’re looking for something simple with not too much craziness.
