Vegetarian quesadilla with mixed grilled veggies and cheese, served with a side of nacho chips, guacamole, salsa verse and sour cream. I used to get the chicken quesadilla from here all the time and it was my favourite dish on the menu, so when I went pescatarian I almost cried finding out they do a veggie version. Although it can be quite messy to eat (so do make sure you’ve got a good supply of napkins), it’s super cheesy and the grilled veggies in it are delicious!
