Char Kway Teow is one of Singapore’s national dish, and this hawker stall serves one of the best versions available. Yellow wheat noodles and flat rice noodles stir fried with eggs, garlic, lard, fish cakes, cockles, bean sprouts, chilli sauce and sweet dark sauce. Oily, sinful, but so worth the calories. #hawker
