Not dry at all, unlike much of my experience with roast duck.

Duck was delightfully tender and the herb-infused sauce was pleasant too.

The duck was mostly bone; ~ 1/2 tbsp worth of flesh (deceptive I know, but 90% of what you see is skin and bone; literally). It was mostly sweet dark sauce and rice so lunch was largely empty calories. #needtoeatmore
