My first time trying Korean cold noodles. Also my first time being served noodles with: 1. A pair of kitchen scissors. 2. Mustard and a mystery squeeze bottle of condiment which upon tasting, I decided was probably vinegar. 3. Blocks of ice buried underneath. The noodles have a nice chewy, springy consistency and they go nicely with the refreshing, spicy sauce-laced broth. Would do it again, although I would prefer a smaller serving and yolk-less hard boiled egg.

Spicy Cold Noodles that I didn’t enjoy as much as I wanted to, partially because I was feeling bloated but also because I found it to be too sweet for my liking. The beefy(?) broth it came with was nicely aromatic though and I regretted that my bloat took away from my enjoyment of it.
