SPICY COLD NOODLE (BEEF) 냉면

My first time trying Korean cold noodles. Also my first time being served noodles with:
1. A pair of kitchen scissors.
2. Mustard and a mystery squeeze bottle of condiment which upon tasting, I decided was probably vinegar.
3. Blocks of ice buried underneath.
The noodles have a nice chewy, springy consistency and they go nicely with the refreshing, spicy sauce-laced broth. Would do it again, although I would prefer a smaller serving and yolk-less hard boiled egg.
