Japanese influenced poke. Super fresh salmon in a delicate dashi stock, marinated in a wasabi soy dressing & hand-made sesame oil imported from Tokyo. All the ingredients were so bright & fresh & tasty. It was a poke revelation! I would’ve liked twice as much salmon.
