Soft flour tortilla taco filled with artichoke, sundried tomatoes, black olives (I had mine without olives), rucola, spring onion, tomato and melted mozzarella. I decided to switch it up and try something different to my usual taco order and I’m so happy I did! I think I actually preferred this taco, the flavours all mixed together so well; the saltiness of the sundried tomatoes went so well with the crunchiness of the spring onion and the slight sweetness of the melted mozzarella.
