This was AMAZING. I adore eggs benedict and lobster anyway, so this dish was just my dream. The egg was perfectly runny when I cut into it, the hollandaise was spot on, the lobster was cooked to perfection and it came on hot, crunchy, buttered brioche. HEAVEN. Wish I could eat it every morning. Only minor negative is you didn’t really need the asparagus or potato (although both very tasty) but the lobster benedict was the star of the show #brunch
