Massive. I added ricotta to this one. On the menu, the description is, "a traditional Neapolitan sandwich made from pizza dough, first baked in a wood fired over, then filled with...buffalo mozzarella DOP, mixed peppers, aubergines, courgettes, parmesan, extra virgin olive oil and basil (no tomato sauce)." For me that ends up a little dry which is why I asked for it with ricotta, but a bit of pesto or chilli oil etc works well too. This dish made me love this restaurant initially but I do feel that some of their pizzas are better. Still a good comfort food and I still really enjoy it. #deliveroo #pizza #panini #panuozzo
