Late night and it might sometimes be there alcohol talking but this place makes some amazing Suadero tacos. Some call Suadero belly fat. Some call it stomach muscle. Whatever it is, I call it delicious. Especially at this place where it sits in a low cauldron simmering in its own fat and oil.
